Delivery policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within 2 km of our Kammanahalli kitchen in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Each order is prepared at the kitchen nearest to you. When you pin your address on the map at checkout, we tell you straight away whether we deliver there. We don't ship outside these areas.

How fast

Most orders arrive in about 20 minutes from payment. Your ingredients are prepped after you order, and you can follow every step (prepping, packed, out for delivery) on your order page. Times are estimates and can be longer in heavy traffic or bad weather; if we are delayed we will keep you informed.

Delivery charges

₹30 per order, and ₹0 (no delivery fee) on orders of ₹119 or more. The charge is shown before you pay. Minimum order: ₹119.

Receiving your order

• Please keep your phone reachable; our rider may call the number on your address.
• If nobody is available at the address, the rider will try to contact you. Fresh ingredients can't be held or re-delivered later, so an order that can't be handed over may not be refundable.
• Check your packs on delivery and tell us within 2 hours if anything is missing or damaged.

Delivery hours

We take orders while the kitchen that delivers to your address shows as open in the app. When it's closed you can still browse the menu.
